Context
Leadder sells lead generation as a productized service: fixed scope, repeatable delivery, many client engagements running at once. A service like that stands or falls on its operating system, the same way a public program does when every case must move through the same stages, on time, regardless of who handles it.
The challenge
As the client roster grew, delivery had to stop depending on individual memory. Every engagement needed the same stages, the same follow-up, the same onboarding and the same reporting, visible to the whole team at once. The brief: one system that carries every engagement from signed to delivered.
What we built
The fulfillment engine, phase by phase.
-
Pipeline architecture
One CRM pipeline for every client engagement, stage-gated from onboarding through delivery. Each deal record carries the full engagement history, so any team member can pick up any file.
-
Deal and delivery dashboards
Management dashboards showing every engagement's stage, owner and value in one view, so workload and bottlenecks are visible before they become misses.
-
Automated follow-up and onboarding
Stage changes trigger follow-up sequences and onboarding flows automatically. No engagement waits on someone remembering to send the next message.
-
Reporting and a documented design system
Operations reporting for the team, plus a component library documenting type, buttons, forms and interaction states, so every client-facing screen ships consistent.
Delivered screens
The system as shipped: deal management, pipeline view and the design system behind them.
Results
One operations team now runs every client engagement through a single pipeline, with follow-up and onboarding automated at each stage. The result that matters here is operational, not a revenue chart: a delivery system that does not depend on any one person, where every file is visible and nothing moves by memory. We publish no client revenue figures for this engagement; a reference is available on request.
