Beyond Six Figures: monthly recurring revenue from $90K to $157K.
CRM, funnels, follow-up automation and a Power BI reporting stack for Beyond Six Figures, a national e-commerce education company in the United States: the same operating shape as a program-enrolment and outreach operation in the public sector.
The challenge
Ad spend, booked calls, closes and recurring revenue lived in separate tools, so leadership could not see which spend produced which revenue, and follow-up depended on people rather than process. The brief: rebuild the revenue system end to end and make every number reportable.
What we built
- CRM and pipeline foundation: every lead, booked call and enrolment lives in one system of record, stage by stage from first click to close.
- Funnels and follow-up automation: enrolment funnels feeding the CRM directly, with automated follow-up sequences timed to call outcomes.
- Attribution and reporting: Meta ads attribution wired into Airtable and reported through Power BI: ad spend, calls, closes, revenue and cash collected in one live view.
Results
“Look at what is happening right now, this is absolute world class, marketing, and entrepreneurship.”

The delivery system behind a productized service.
Leadder sells lead generation as a productized service: fixed scope, repeatable delivery, many client engagements running at once. A service like that stands or falls on its operating system, the same way a public program does when every case must move through the same stages, on time, regardless of who handles it.
Delivered for Leadder (leadder.io), where Gondal Tech's principal leads sales and delivery operations.
The challenge
As the client roster grew, delivery had to stop depending on individual memory. The brief: one system that carries every engagement from signed to delivered.
What we built
- Pipeline architecture: one CRM pipeline for every client engagement, stage-gated from onboarding through delivery.
- Deal and delivery dashboards: every engagement's stage, owner and value in one view, so workload and bottlenecks are visible before they become misses.
- Automated follow-up and onboarding: stage changes trigger follow-up sequences and onboarding flows automatically.
- Reporting and a documented design system: operations reporting for the team, plus a component library documenting type, buttons, forms and interaction states.
Results
The result that matters here is operational, not a revenue chart: one operations team now runs every client engagement through a single pipeline, with follow-up and onboarding automated at each stage. We publish no client revenue figures for this engagement; a reference is available on request.

Monthly collections from $18K to $52K in 60 days.
Rebuilt intake, follow-up and booking automation for a national, appointment-driven consumer health brand. Revenue follows booked-and-kept appointments, the same dynamic as an appointment-driven public service: a clinic, a recreation program, a permit counter. The client is kept anonymous under a standing confidentiality rule.
The challenge
Intake, follow-up and booking ran as three disconnected, manual processes. The brief: connect the three into one automated path from first enquiry to booked appointment.
What we built
- Intake rebuild: every enquiry, from every channel, lands in one intake queue with the details staff need to act.
- Automated follow-up: timed follow-up sequences work every enquiry until it books or closes out.
- Booking automation: when a client is ready, the appointment is offered and confirmed in the same thread, and the schedule fills itself.
Results
No screenshots or client identifiers are published for this engagement: the anonymity is part of the agreement, and we keep it. The engagement, the numbers and a reference are available under NDA.

Stan's Heating: a 57-page migration where nothing broke.
For a 70-year-old company, the website is the storefront. Stan's Heating, Air, Plumbing & Electrical has served Austin, Texas since 1954, and its 57-page site carried decades of service pages, location pages and the search visibility that comes with them.
Delivered for Leadder (leadder.io), where Gondal Tech's principal leads sales and delivery operations.
The challenge
Legacy CMS migrations fail in predictable ways: pages silently dropped in a bulk import, URLs changed without redirects, layouts that almost match the original. The job was to move all 57 pages from WordPress to the new CRM platform without a single one of those failures, and to prove it page by page before switching over.
What we built
- Full-site inventory: every page, URL, form and asset catalogued before any build work started.
- Page-by-page rebuild: each of the 57 pages rebuilt by hand on the new platform. No bulk import, no scraped markup.
- Redirect map: every legacy URL mapped to its new destination, so inbound links, bookmarks and search results kept working.
- Pixel-level verification: each rebuilt page compared against the original, side by side, before it was allowed into the cutover set.
- Cutover: the switch happened only after every page had passed verification and every URL was accounted for.
Results
This migration discipline, inventory, redirect map and pre-cutover verification, is built into our Municipal Website offer ($45K-$75K), which includes migration from a legacy CMS.
FormBook: intake that qualifies before it books.
FormBook is our own multi-tenant intake, qualification and scheduling platform. We built it, we run it, and it is live today on Next.js, Supabase and Vercel.
Why an owned product is on this page
An owned product means we carry the whole lifecycle ourselves, architecture, build, hosting, tenant onboarding, upgrades and support, with no client to hand it back to. For an evaluator, that is evidence of sustained delivery capability, not a one-off engagement.
What it does
- Qualification before booking. Eligibility and qualification logic runs first. Calendar slots appear only after the applicant qualifies, so staff time is never booked against ineligible requests.
- Routing by answer. Submissions route to the right team, calendar or follow-up workflow based on what the applicant said, not on someone re-reading a form inbox.
- Multi-tenant administration. Each organization runs its own forms, branding, users and reporting on one maintained platform, the same shape as a multi-department or multi-program rollout.
Status: live, multi-tenant. FormBook is a live commercial product rather than a public demo site, so we show it rather than link it: we will walk through a working tenant on a call.
FormBook is the lineage behind our Intake & CRM Platform offer ($25K-$45K): program, permit and grant intake with automated routing, status tracking and reporting.
LeadQuote: three clear options, no phone call required.
LeadQuote puts plainly priced choices in front of the visitor and lets them decide on their own screen, on their own time.
An owned product, built and maintained under the Leadder brand. Delivered for Leadder (leadder.io), where Gondal Tech's principal leads sales and delivery operations.
Why this pattern matters to a public buyer
Most service requests still end in “call us for a quote”. LeadQuote replaces that dead end with a public, self-service flow: the visitor answers plain-language questions and gets three priced options, good, better and best, without speaking to anyone. The same pattern maps directly onto a municipal site: a fee estimator, a service-request tool, any flow where a resident should get a clear answer without a phone queue.
What it shows
- Plain-language choices. Options described in the words the visitor uses, not industry jargon.
- Three-option pricing. Good, better and best, each with a real price, so the decision is comparison, not negotiation.
- Accessible components. A WCAG-conscious UI built from accessible components, the same standard we hold our own site to.
- Mobile-first. Designed for the phone screen first, because that is where residents actually are.
Self-service tools like this ship inside our Municipal Website offer ($45K-$75K) and pair with the Intake & CRM Platform ($25K-$45K) when the request needs routing and follow-up behind it.
